I was cruising around yesterday trying to find more paleo blogs when I came upon Son of Grok. I can't believe I had never seen it before! Anyway, this recipe for Primal Peach Patties caught my eye so I decided to make them today.
Man are they good! The recipe says it makes 10 patties, but I got 13. Only 12 would fit on my baking sheet though, so I just ate the last one uncooked and it was absolutely delicious. I did add a smidge of salt to mine because I'm a salt junky.
I'm hoping to pack some of these for my husband to eat for breakfast. They seem like they would make a very nice dessert as well.

Thank you for the write up. I am glad you liked them. Your photos are so much better than mine that it isn't even funny! lol
Creating these actually give me some ideas for some other similar creations that I think should be even better!

Lookin' yummy. Thanks for sharing! I'm determined to start experimenting with coconut flour soon.
Those look excellent! I've been considering giving up grain, and recipes like this make it seem completely worthwhile.
These look SO GOOD, Elizabeth. If I can find dried peaches somewhere I'll give them a go. Were they more cakey or chewy?
Maybe a little of both? They're definitely soft, not crispy at all.
Where did you find dried peaches? I just got a dehydrator, could I just use that to make some?
Can you edit this with your recipe??? I tried the links to no avail. Neither of them worked and I am desperate for new and different breakfast ideas since I cannot eat eggs, grain OR dairy of any kind. These looked like a great solution to a quick make-ahead grab-and-go breakfasts.
Trisch, just google "primal peach patties" and you should find lots of people who actually documented the recipe.
